We offer delivery service for ski and snowboard rentals (additional fee applies).
The fee is the same whether you rent for one person or multiple people, though it varies depending on the delivery area.
For returns, simply leave your gear at the hotel where it was delivered, and our staff will collect it the following day.
Please note that delivery is only available within the Hakuba area.
We do not provide nationwide delivery or courier shipping to other prefectures.

Returns
If you used our delivery service, simply leave the gear at your hotel. Our staff will collect it the following day.
For in-store rentals, please return the gear directly to our shop.
