Free exchanges are available—if you need a different size or if your gear is damaged, just visit our shop and we’ll replace it with an equivalent item at no extra cost.
Return Your Gear
At the end of your rental period, return your gear to our Hakuba shop (right in front of Sanosaka Ski Resort).
If you used our delivery option, simply leave the gear at your hotel and our staff will pick it up.

We offer ski and snowboard rentals from a single day to the entire season (up to 4 months).

Delivery Service
We deliver rental skis and snowboards directly to designated hotels in Hakuba, Otari, and Omachi.
Gear will be delivered to your hotel at the scheduled time.
Returning is easy — simply leave your gear in the hotel’s drying room or at the front desk. Our staff will collect it the following day.
Delivery fee: ¥3,000 – ¥4,000 (depending on location).
This service is optional and available only within Hakuba, Otari, and Omachi.

We offer hotel delivery for an additional fee. Please provide your hotel name and preferred time when making a reservation.

※Outside Hakuba includes: Tsugaike, Hakuba Norikura, Hakuba Cortina, Omachi Onsen area, and Omachi Station area.

We operate one of Japan’s largest ski & snowboard buyback sites, “Snowboard Kaitori Monster.”
With year-round gear circulation, we always have a wide selection of high-quality equipment and professional staff on site.
In addition, gear exchanges during the season are free of charge.
No, we do not. Rentals are only available at our Hakuba shop or via hotel delivery within the Hakuba area. (Hotel delivery rentals are available for an additional fee.)
